2 and 0.  And we officially have a streak...

Let's see if we can keep it going.

1) Nuggets @ Trail Blazers (OVER 203)
 
The O/U line is at 203 and I expect this to inflate come closer to game time. Although the Nuggets average 12 pts less on the road, the Blazers tend to run the ball more when at home, averaging 5 extra points a game in front of the home crowd.


The last time these two teams met were both in Denver with an average total of 212.5.  Taking into account these differences in scoring averages, we end up with something like 205.5.

This is by no means a lock, and I'm unsure how the team will go without B. Roy, but Wesley Matthews seems up to the scoring task.


2) Suns @ Magic (OVER 204) LOCK OF THE DAY


It's always more fun to tip the over and cheer on every basket regardless of the team, but this has to be the LOTD!!!

On every calculation, every permutation, every theory I have, this game will tip 204...


So far this season, the Suns have averaged 106 pts (2 less than at home)...But here is the big jump...when Orlando are playing at home, they have scored over 19 more points per game this season, notching just under 104 pts.  This brings the total to 210.

Also, the last three games played by these two teams (once in PHX, twice in ORL) the average total has been a whopping 213.7.

That's good enough for me.  Now, let's hope to make our record 4-0 heading into the weekend.  Drinks are on you if we win =P
